You just get them and start playing.
Getting poker play chips on Full Tilt isn’t too hard if you follow this recipe:
Take your initial 1000 chip bankroll and go to the lowest no limit hold’em tables with the 300 max bet. Don’t play many cards. And when you do have cards good enough to play just move all in. Which cards are the ones to play? AA, KK, QQ, JJ, 1010, AK, AQ, AJ, A10, KQ. Just move all in anytime you pick up one of these hands as you will usually have the best hand at the table and will be the favorite to win the pot. You should pick up one of these hands on average once every ten hands dealt, so you will be folding what seems like a lot of hands. Usually anywhere from one to four people will call your all in bet. You will win anywhere from 33% of the time when four people are in the pot and around 60% of the time when just two of you are in the pot. About half the time you will lose your 1000 chip starting stake with this strategy but if that happens, just reload. The other half of the time you will run up your 1000 chips to 2000, 3000, or more and if you continue this strategy at these particular tables, there will be no looking back.
Following this formula will get you started but to start winning at higher limit play money tables you will have to develop just a little bit more sophistication to your game (but not much because a lot of bad players are out there and taking their chips isn’t too hard!).
