why do users from the network ‘Bebo’ on facebook, have blurry pictures and a black border around it?

and then i lookup the network Bebo on facebook, and nothing shows up. it’s soo wierd. i play Texas Holdem’ Poker on facebook too, and whenever i see a blurry pic with a black borderline i think “oh, i bet it says Bebo as their network…” and sure enough, it does! IS IT THEIR CAMERA’S OR SOMETHING?!?!? ahhhhhhh does anyone else see this too?!
